Hello all! My name is Meg and I created this blog to follow my journey towards eating GOOD food and loosing weight. Currently, I am not happy at all with my weight and experienced an Ah-Ha moment about two weeks ago. I don’t even remember what was happening, but I took an honest look at my body and just wasn’t happy. Since then I have been striving to eat well and exercise. I have found inspiration in some online blogs and decided to try it out for myself. I’m excited to see where this journey leads.
This is my very first blog, so I will be exploring more and more of what all I can do as time goes on. But I’m excited!
